SourPuss NH Bakery

Welcome to our bakery. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ordering and Payment

• Order Placement: All orders must be placed via our website, phone, or in person.
• Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of ordering for all standard items.
• Custom Orders: Custom cakes and large events require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
• Final Balance: Remaining balances for custom orders are due 14 days before pickup or delivery.

2. Changes and Cancellations

• Standard Items: Cancel or change orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
• Custom Orders: Cancel or change custom orders at least 7 days before the event.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside these windows will not be refunded.
• Bakery Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund.

3. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup Window: You must pick up your order during the designated time slot.
• Missed Pickups: We do not refund or replace items not picked up on the scheduled day.
• Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for damage to orders after successful delivery or pickup.
• Care Instructions: Follow provided storage and transport instructions to ensure product quality.

4. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

• Allergen Warning: Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
• Cross-Contamination: We cannot guarantee any item is completely free of allergens.
• Customer Responsibility: You must notify us of any severe allergies before placing an order.

5. Refunds and Dissatisfaction

• Quality Issues: If you are unhappy with your order, return the uneaten portion within 24 hours.
• Resolution: We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
• Aesthetic Variance: Minor variations in color and design are normal for handmade baked goods.
